 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1518,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 3, line  10,  by  inserting  after  "(a)"  the
 5    following:
 6    ";  except  that  a  unit  of  local government may establish
 7    zoning and security  requirements  for  the  retail  sale  of
 8    firearms by federally licensed firearms dealers.".
