 1        AN ACT in relation to alcoholic liquor.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Beer Industry Fair Dealing Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (815 ILCS 720/1) (from Ch. 43, par. 301)
 7        Sec. 1.  This Act shall be known and may be cited as  the
 8    "Beer Industry Fair Dealing Act".
