 1        AN ACT in relation to health.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Prenatal and Newborn Care Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (410 ILCS 225/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 7021)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 8    cited as the Prenatal and Newborn Care Act.
