 1        AN ACT concerning foreign banking offices.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Foreign Banking Office Act is amended  by
 5    changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (205 ILCS 645/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 2701)
 7        Sec.  1.  Short  title.   This  Act  may  be cited as the
 8    "Foreign Banking Office Act".
