 1        AN ACT in relation to agriculture.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Farm Development Act is  amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3605/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 1201)
 7        Sec.  1.   Short title.   This Act shall be known and may
 8    be cited as the Illinois Farm Development Act.
