 1        AN ACT concerning water.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Water Use  Act  of  1983  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (525 ILCS 45/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 1601)
 7        Sec.  1.  This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
 8    "Water Use Act of 1983".
