 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2203,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment  No.  1,  on  page  2, by replacing line 8 with the
 5    following:
 6    "parents or prior adoptive parents"; and

 7    on page 2, line 18, by inserting "by the juvenile court  or",
 8    after "determined"; and

 9    on page 2, line 20, by changing "county" to "country".
