 1        AN ACT concerning schools.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  School  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 5    Section 19b-1 as follows:

 6        (105 ILCS 5/19b-1) (from Ch. 122, par. 19b-1)
 7        Sec.  19b-1.   Definitions.   In  this  Article words and
 8    phrases have the meanings set forth in the following Sections
 9    preceding Section 19b-2 of this Code.
