 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2370

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2370  on  page  3,
 3    line  24, after "license" by inserting "or that the applicant
 4    is the owner occupant of a single family  residence  that  is
 5    the  subject of the permit.  For the purpose of this Section,
 6    the term "occupant" has the same meaning as in subsection (2)
 7    of Section 3 of this Act".
