 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2480 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing lines 14 through 18 with the following:

 4    "usual,  customary,  or  competitive rate for community-based
 5    services, as funded by the Department of Human  Services  and
 6    as  established  by  the  community-based service provider as
 7    part of the provider's policy and  procedure  concerning  the
 8    establishment of fees for services.".
