    AN ACT in relation to criminal law; which may be referred 
2
to as the Robb Family Act.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
4
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by adding 
6
Section 12-5.15 as
follows:

    (720 ILCS 5/12-5.15 new)

    Sec. 12-5.15. Aggravated criminal housing management.

    (a) A person commits the offense of aggravated criminal 
10
housing management
when he or she commits the offense of 
11
criminal housing management; and:

        (1) the condition endangering the health or safety of a 
13
    person is
determined to be a contributing factor in the 
14
    death of that person; and

15
        (2) the person also conceals or attempts to conceal the 
16
    condition that
endangered the health or safety of the 
17
    person that is found to be a
contributing factor in that 
18
    death.

    (b) Sentence.  Aggravated criminal housing management is a 
20
Class 4 felony.

    Section 99. Effective date.   This Act takes effect upon 
22
becoming law.
