 3    line 3, after "extended" by inserting "or abated"; and

 4    on  page  2,  lines  5  and  6,  by  replacing  "of the final
 5    aggregate  levy  as  extended"  with  "extended   for   those
 6    purposes"; and

 7    on  page 2, line 11, by replacing "aggregate levy" with "levy
 8    for those purposes".
