 1        AN ACT concerning highways.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Illinois  Highway  Code  is  amended by
 5    changing Section 5-901 as follows:

 6        (605 ILCS 5/5-901) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-901)
 7        Sec. 5-901.  Short title.  This Division shall  be  known
 8    and may be cited as the Road Improvement Impact Fee Law.
