 1        AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        (225 ILCS 720/1.04 rep.)
 5        Section 5.  The Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and
 6    Reclamation Act is amended by repealing Section 1.04.

 7        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 8    becoming law.
