 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3313

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3313 on page  5  by
 3    inserting immediately below line 5 the following:
 4        "(d)  As  much  as  possible,  the  Bureau  shall rely on
 5    existing reporting forms utilized by direct service providers
 6    in collecting data on community based programs and  services,
 7    rather  than creating a new overlay of reports to be required
 8    of State agencies and providers.".
