 1        AN ACT concerning special districts.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The Water Commission Act of 1985 is amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (70 ILCS 3720/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 251)
 7        Sec. 1.  This Act shall be known and may be cited as  the
 8    Water Commission Act of 1985.
