 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3512,  on  page  1,
 3    line 18, after the period, by inserting the following:
 4    "A  "qualified  provider"  also  includes  an entity licensed
 5    under the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements  Licensure
 6    and  Certification Act, but only with respect to the services
 7    provided for a community-integrated living arrangement.".
