 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3528 below  Section
 3    10, by inserting the following:

 4        "Section  13.  Insurance  coverage.   There  shall  be no
 5    coverage  for  liability  created  under  this  Act  under  a
 6    homeowner's insurance policy.".
