 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3582  on  page  1,
 3    line 12, by replacing "alimony" with "maintenance"; and

 4    on page 6 by replacing lines 32 and 33 with the following:
 5    "made  by  the transferee and shall be brought in the circuit
 6    court of the county in which an action was or could have been
 7    maintained or before any responsible"; and

 8    on page 7 by deleting lines 1, 2, and 3.
