 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3627  on  page  3,
 3    after line 4, by inserting the following:
 4        "(c)  The  provisions  of  this  Act shall not apply if a
 5    construction  professional  certifies  to  a  claimant   that
 6    immediate repairs are necessary in order to avoid an imminent
 7    health  or  safety  problem  or  in  order  to avoid material
 8    additional damage to the property.".
