 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3679  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.   The  Park  District  Code  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 1-1 as follows:

 6        (70 ILCS 1205/1-1) (from Ch. 105, par. 1-1)
 7        Sec. 1-1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
 8    Park District Code.
