| 1 | AN ACT in relation to vehicles.

| 4 | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding | ||||||

follows:

| 7 | Sec. 3-401.1. Manufacture of license plates.
Any license | ||||||
| 8 | plate manufactured on or after January 1, 2005 and issued under
| ||||||
| 9 | this Code must be
manufactured in this State.
