 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  amount of $175,000, or so much of that
 5    amount as may be necessary,  is  appropriated  to  the  State
 6    Board of Education for non-public school recognition.

 7        Section  99.   Effective  date.  This Act takes effect on
 8    January 1, 2004.
