| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4086, on page 4, by |

| replacing lines 11 through 14 with the following: |

| "by regulation in special problem cases. After a death |
| 5 |
| certificate has been filed for a child under the age of 18 |
| 6 |
| years, the coroner or medical examiner shall, within the scope |
| 7 |
| of his or her authority, attempt to comply with any additional |
| 8 |
| inquiries or requests for reports made by a regional child |
| 9 |
| death review team.".
