| I move to accept the specific recommendations of the |

as to House Bill 4092 in manner and form as follows:

| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4092
|

| IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
|
| 6 |
| Amend House Bill 4092 on page 3, below line 10, by |
| 7 |
| inserting the following: |
| 8 |
| "(f) The responsibilities of the Department to collect and |
| 9 |
| publish data and to perform other functions under this Section |
| 10 |
| are subject to appropriated funds being available for those |
| 11 |
| purposes.".
