lines 10 and 11, by replacing "4 felony
C misdemeanor" with "A

on page 1, line 18, by replacing "4 felony" with "A

misdemeanor"; and

on page 1, by inserting between lines 22 and 23 the following:

    "(d) This Section does not apply to a person under 18 years

of age who tattoos  the body of another person under 18 years of

age."; and

on page 2, lines 20 and 21, by replacing "4 felony
