| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4211

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4211, AS AMENDED, by |

| replacing subsection (d) of Sec. 12-10 of Section 5 with the |

| following:
|

| "(d) Subsection (a) of this Section does not apply to a |
| 6 |
| person under 18 years of age who tattoos or offers to tattoo |
| 7 |
| another person under 18 years of age away from the premises of |
| 8 |
| any business at which tattooing is performed."; and
|
| 9 |
| by replacing the last sentence of subsection (c) of Sec. |
| 10 |
| 12-10.1 of Section 5 with the following: |
| 11 |
| "This Section does not apply to a person under 18 years of age |
| 12 |
| who pierces the body or oral cavity of another person under 18 |
| 13 |
| years of age away from the premises of any business at which |
| 14 |
| body piercing or oral cavity piercing is performed.".
