    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4225 as follows:

on page 5, lines 9 and 10, by deleting "and joint agreements";

and

on page 6, line 21, after the period, by inserting the

following:

"Reimbursement for individual students with disabilities whose 
8
program costs exceed 4 times the district's per capita tuition 
9
rate shall be claimed beginning with costs encumbered for the 
10
2004-2005 school year and thereafter."; and
 
11
on page 6, lines 23 and 24, by deleting "and their joint 
12
agreements"; and
 
13
on page 6, lines 27 and 28, by deleting "and their joint 
14
agreements".
