| after line 17, by inserting the following:

| "(a-3) Nothing in subsection (a-5) of this Section shall |

| 2-13 of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is pending."; and

| on page 1, line 21, after "denial of visitation", by inserting |

| "by a parent"; and

| on page 2, line 4, after "the court", by inserting ", other |

| than a Juvenile Court,".
