    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4462, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

1, on page 2, by replacing lines 7 through 9 with the

following:

"Labor Standards Act of 1938 and the rules adopted under that

Act, as both exist on March 30, 2003, but compensated at the 
8
amount of salary specified in subsections (a) and (b) of 
9
Section 541.600 of Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations 
10
as proposed in the Federal Register on March 31, 2003 or a 
11
greater amount of salary as may be adopted by the United States 
12
Department of Labor
as now or hereafter amended. For bona fide 
13
executive,"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 15 through 32 with the following:

"Standards Act of 1938, as now or hereafter amended.".
