| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4720 on page 2, by |

| replacing lines 2 through 6 with the following:

| "this Act in calendar year 1998. Beginning on the effective |

| date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly, |
| 6 |
| payments to the Peoria Park District shall be made from the |
| 7 |
| General Revenue Fund at the funding level determined by amounts |
| 8 |
| paid to that park district for museum purposes under this Act |
| 9 |
| in calendar year 1994.".
