| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4796 on page 1, by |

| replacing lines 11 through 15 with the following:

| "Section 10. Penalty.
|
| 5 |
| (a) The Attorney General or the State's Attorney may bring |
| 6 |
| a civil action in the Circuit Court to enforce the provisions |
| 7 |
| of this Act. |
| 8 |
| (b) Any person who violates this Act is subject to a civil |
| 9 |
| penalty of $500 for each day during which the violation |
| 10 |
| continues.".
