| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Illinois Act on the Aging is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 3.01
as follows:

| Sec. 3.01. "Department" means the Illinois Department on |
