| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Illinois Act on the Aging is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 3.02
as follows:

| (20 ILCS 105/3.02) (from Ch. 23, par. 6103.02)

| Sec. 3.02. "Director" means the Director of the Illinois
|

| Department.
