| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by |

| adding Section 3-2.5 as follows:

| (305 ILCS 5/3-2.5 new) |

| Sec. 3-2.5. Sheltered care rates. The Department of Human |
| 8 |
| Services shall increase the sheltered care rates in effect on |
| 9 |
| June 30, 2004, by 10%.

| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 11 |
| becoming law.".
