    AN ACT in relation to forest preserves.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act is 
5
amended by
changing
Section 1 as follows:

    (70 ILCS 810/1)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6401)

    Sec. 1. This Act applies
shall apply only to forest 
8
preserve
districts
lying wholly within counties having a 
9
population of 3,000,000 or more.
