SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 		













20 ILCS 2505/2505-615 new










    Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.  Requires that, each fiscal quarter, the Department of Revenue must distribute a copy of the Report of Sales Tax Receipts by Standard Industrial Classification to each municipality in the State so that each municipality can analyze and keep updated on the status of their local business climate.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Department of Revenue Law of the
Civil

Administrative Code of Illinois is amended  by adding Section 
6
2505-615 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 2505/2505-615  new)

    Sec. 2505-615. List of municipal sales revenue. Each fiscal 
9
quarter, the Department must distribute, through electronic or 
10
other means, a copy of the Report of Sales Tax Receipts by 
11
Standard Industrial Classification to each municipality in the 
12
State so that each municipality can analyze and keep updated on 
13
the status of their local business climate.
