| AN ACT in relation to health care.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Home Health Agency Licensing Act is amended |
| 5 |
| by changing
Section 13 as follows:
|

| Sec. 13. Application of Act. This Act does not apply to any |
| 8 |
| home
health
agency conducted by and for the adherents of any |
| 9 |
| well
recognized church or religious denomination for the |
| 10 |
| purpose
of providing services for the care or treatment of the |
| 11 |
| sick
who depend upon prayer or spiritual means for healing in |
| 12 |
| the
practice of the religion of such church or religious |
| 13 |
| denomination.
