    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section  5. The Illinois Fairness in Lending Act is amended 
5
by changing
Section 1 as follows:

    (815 ILCS 120/1)  (from Ch. 17, par. 851)

    Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be 
8
cited as the
"Illinois Fairness
in Lending Act".
