| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5067
|

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5067 on page 1, by |
| 3 |
| replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following: |
| 4 |
| "predecessors in title continuously for at least 30 years, (iv) |
| 5 |
| has a fair market value of less than $1,000, and (v) has been |
| 6 |
| incorrectly recorded or omitted from the county tax rolls, |
| 7 |
| then, upon"; and
|
| 8 |
| on page 1, line 14, by changing "(iv)" to "(v)"; and
|
| 9 |
| on page 1, immediately below line 16, by inserting the |
| 10 |
| following: |
| 11 |
| "The county is not required to transfer the parcel, |
| 12 |
| however, if the adjoining owner is in violation of any county |
| 13 |
| ordinance or is delinquent in the payment of any property taxes |
| 14 |
| upon the adjoining property.".
