    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by

changing
Section 6-101 as follows:

    Sec. 6-101. Bringing action.
An action of ejectment
may be 
8
brought in the cases and manner
heretofore accustomed, subject 
9
to the provisions contained in this Article
VI of this Act.
