    AN ACT concerning public health.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Community Health Center Expansion Act is 
5
amended by changing
Section 25 as follows:

    (410 ILCS 66/25)

    Sec. 25. Reporting.  Within 60 days after the first and 
8
second years of a
grant
under this Act, the grant recipient 
9
shall
must submit a progress report
to the
Department.  The 
10
Department may assist each
grant
recipient in meeting
the goals 
11
and objectives stated in the original grant proposal submitted 
12
by the
recipient, that grant moneys are being used for 
13
appropriate
purposes, and that residents of the community are 
14
being served by the new
community health center sites 
15
established with grant moneys.
