| AN ACT concerning disabled persons.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act is |

| amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:

| Sec. 1. Legislative purpose. It is the purpose of this Act |

for
rehabilitation, habilitation and other services |
