    AN ACT concerning labor.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Medical Care Savings Account Act of 2000 is

amended by
changing Section 3 as follows:

    (820 ILCS 153/3)

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)

    Sec. 3. Programs under prior Act.   Programs established 
9
under the Medical
Care Savings Account Act are subject to and 
10
shall be governed by this Act.
