    AN ACT in relation to workers' compensation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by 
5
changing
Section 18 as follows:

    (820 ILCS 305/18)  (from Ch. 48, par. 138.18)

    Sec. 18. All questions arising under this Act, if not 
8
settled by
agreement of the interested parties interested 
9
therein, shall, except
as otherwise
provided, be determined by 
10
the Commission.
