AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5492

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5492, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
4
1, on page 2, immediately below line 7, by inserting the 
5
following:

    "The provisions of this Section do not apply in any area in 
7
which a township board has entered  into a contract with any 
8
city, village, or incorporated town or with any person, 
9
corporation, or county for collection and disposal of garbage, 
10
refuse, and ashes in an unincorporated area of the township 
11
under Section 210-15 of the Township Code."; and
 
12
on page 2, immediately below line 21, by inserting the 
13
following:

    "The provisions of this Section do not apply in any area in
