    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section  5. The Automobile Renting Occupation and Use Tax

Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:

    (35 ILCS 155/1)  (from Ch. 120, par. 1701)

    Sec. 1. Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be 
8
cited as
the "Automobile
Renting Occupation and Use Tax Act".
