| AN ACT concerning agriculture.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Agricultural Statistics Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing
Section 1 as follows:
|

| Sec. 1. Statistical information. The Department of |

| Agriculture shall
collect, compile, systematize,
tabulate, and |

| publish statistical information relating to agriculture.
The

Department is authorized to cooperate with the United |

| States Department of
Agriculture to accomplish the purposes of |
| 12 |
| this Act.
