| AN ACT concerning outdoor recreation.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Outdoor Recreation Resources Act is amended |
| 5 |
| by changing Section 2a as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 2a. The Historic Preservation Agency is authorized to |
| 8 |
| have prepared, in cooperation
with the Department of Commerce |
| 9 |
| and Economic Opportunity,
Community Affairs and to
maintain, |
| 10 |
| and keep up-to-date a comprehensive plan for the
preservation |
| 11 |
| of the
historically significant properties and interests of the |
| 12 |
| State.
