    AN ACT concerning senior citizen health care.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly Act is 
5
amended by changing
Section 25 as follows:

    (320 ILCS 40/25)  (from Ch. 23, par. 6925)

    Sec. 25. Rules and regulations.   The Illinois Department 
8
shall
adopt
promulgate rules and regulations necessary to 
9
implement this Act.
